Hi all,

A few weeks back I was asking for tips on how to get the best from my Mini at a dirt track with my car club. Well here's the video:

Also got in on the groups video from the day, only for four seconds from the 1:00 minute mark unfortunately:

I'm quite aware I'm not exactly Paddy Hopkirk but the experience and learning how my mini handles when grip is low was amazing, and the car didn't miss a beat the entire day (which given it's history with reliability was a very pleasant surprise!). The advice from Cooperman was fantastic! Although my execution left a bit to be desired, using left foot braking and keeping the power on made it skip round the corners wayyy better than if I had driven it like I was going to the shops. I'm pretty stoked I was catching Celica's and a late model Golf GTi, guess that's light weight for ya!

Cheers

Well done. I bet you learned a lot in a very short time 😁.
