Hi everyone,

 

Just like to introduce myself to you all.

I am Rui, all the way from Pretoria, South Africa.

I have been a Mini owner since of the age of 19 and I still have my very first Mini. I already had a few other Mini’s since then. At the moment I am sitting with 3 Mini’s and if I can I would like to get one more. Let’s see what happens in the future.

 

My very first Mini is a 1982, 1275E Clubman. This car was my daily driver for a good 5 years until I got my first “Plastic”.

 

 

I have had other Mini’s after my first one until I got myself a 1965 Mini Pickup which I always wanted to have. It had already been restored so it was the ideal Pickup.

 

 

And now recently I just got myself a 1968 Wolseley 1000 Mk2. This is a rare car even to South Africa as it was only built here in South African and there is not that many around. It is very original car for its age and I am very happy with it.

 

 

Let see where the future holds, maybe I will get a bullnose mini again after the one I sold which I shouldn’t have.

Shame about the 'Plastic' but you can be forgiven maybe  . Welcome and South Africa is a beautiful place. Many thanks for the lovely pictures.
