Ive got a 62 Mk1 Morris mini with disc brakes in the front but no booster. The pedal occasionally has a little pressure but sometimes goes to the floor with no pressure and gets stuck. There is full brake fluid and no air in the lines. What else should I check? Thanks!

Sounds like the Master Cylinder seals have swollen. This usually happens when the Fluid becomes contaminated with oil.

The other thing I'd suggest checking while you've got it all apart is the Pedal Shaft hasn't rusted.

So I looked at it today and found that the pin that holds the pedal shaft to the actual brake master was missing. Had an extra one in my parts bin and I put a new on there. Surprising I had some brake pressure at all. Must have just been close enough to push it a little.
