I'm putting a turbo in my mini and need to change the bulkhead so it fits. I'm a fabricator and welder so seems pointless buying the box, has anyone got the dimesions of it and any pictures? Also does anyone know where to start cutting the old part out? Don't want to go mad and cut too much out haha!

Cheers :)

Start by cutting the hole smaller than you need and work from there or do what I do and make a cardboard template to lay into position.  as Phil says on his website weld all around (seam weld)  but make sure it's overlapping NOT butt joints, take your time and check it twice before cutting, you can also weld in gusset plates inside from corners to original bulkhead to aid stiffness and strength.

If you don't already have the turbo and manifold why not look at combinations that don't need the box?
