Have some uneven wear on my tyres. This is the passenger side rear, Is this legal and what could be causing it?

The other side has nearly all of it's tread, I don't think the subframe has been replaced. Think Radius arm seems most likely, thanks for replies

may be just the radius arm needs a new bush , a ream & some grease
but all the above are possibility's as well
jack the rear up & look for wear / clearance in the wheel / radius arm area -
try to move the wheel by holding the tyre at the 9 - 3 o'clock position & moving it left & right
what is the condition of the subframe ?

The subframe is fine, will get one fitted tomorrow and check radius arm soon.

That tyre is down to the tear wear markings so needs changing, as it's past being rotated on the rim to wear out the good side.
Could be down to anything like a bent subframe, radius arm, worn bearings/bushes or even bad welding. Or if you drive round Milton Keynes a lot, over enthusiastic corning on roundabouts.....
