Turbo Bleed Valve

I'm sure this will sound like a silly question with an obvious answer to people who know what theyre talking about but does anyone know how to plumb in a bleed valve to a turbo? The bleed valve I've bought has three bits on it, like a t-piece.

It goes between the actuator and turbo

Thank you that helps loads, so one pipe to the actuator, one to the turbo and one to vent?
