I've used the Guessworks A Series and A+ Engine number decoder. Should be the correct link: http://www.guess-wor...Tech/engine.htm

Most likely to be out of an Austin 1300 GT.
Is that good?
I am going to stick it on eBay but want to list it correctly.

Most unlikely to be out of a 1300 GT.Most likely to be out of an Austin 1300 GT.
It is an ADO16 1275cc unit, probably from 1971 - 72, and if it is still as built it will have a remote change box and a 9 stud head and block.

Now we can see pictures I still say the same.

Then I am afraid you are still incorrect.
354 = Yd+Bf+Te = Mechanical petrol pump/Lucas 16 AC alternator with negative earth/Standard ratio remote change gearbox
E = Carburettor crankcase ventilation - single carburettor engine
There were various remote gearbox 1300GT engine codes all of which have the 'Xe' two letter close ratio remote change gearbox code as part of the specification and the code number followed by 'F'. F = Carburettor crankcase ventilation - twin carburettor engine
Here is a picture of a more original 12H354E engine than the OP has; note the lack of drilling for the head bolt.
