I'm Richard which granted bears little or no resemblence to my user name. (Ebay started it!). Anyway as I've just put my '91 cooper into storage/taking apart into little pieces and rebuilding from the wheels up, I kinda thought maybe joining a forum would be a good idea for all those little niggly mini owners only questions.
2nd mini I've owned, the first (lemon yellow city) rather unfortunately exploded quite spectacularly on the M5 several years ago. Had I known then that I should have rebuilt it as opposed to accepting the £25 from my local scrappy then I'd probably stilll have it now.
Anyway looking forward to sharing mini experiences with you all be them good or bad!
