Hi there, another problem found :ohno: , After putting front sub frame back together, i have found that when the car is lifted with the jack the passenger side driveshaft is looking ok with a gap between the sub frame and shaft, The driver side on the other hand is actually resting on the sub frame so when we turn the wheel it catches the full revolution, any ideas please,

Your rebound rubber might be worn out or missing? It should prevent the wheel dropping too low

Are the engine mounts in good condition? A sagging engine can cause the problem, if the rebound rubber is ok.
