I have a 1985 auto mini city E 1000 and every gear works fine apart from 1st, I think the clutch is slipping because it sounds like it engages but the car doesn't move. I changed the oil recently but that hasn't made a difference. Any ideas? Cheers

Does it get any better/worse when the engine/oil is warm, ie after a good long drive ?
