Hi guys,

My rover mini Equinox ('96) has decided to give me a massive headache

I was driving on the motorway today, and had the radio (with a cassette adapter in, and my wipers on.

All of a sudden, the radio and wipers stopped, and wouldn't start again.

I pulled over and checked the fuses, battery terminal, the obvious engine cables, and everything seemed to be fine.

The headlights, indicators, and hazards all work, but the; radio, wipers (front and back), windscreen washer (no noise made at front, or back motor), air blower, and windscreen heater all dont work - ive checked all of the fuses, and theyre fine, and ive also looked at (what i think) are the correct cables - and theyre fine too!. HELP!!!

I've had to limp it back to my house in the rain, and am now after some advice.

Is it a common problem, and can you guys recommend any thing to try first/ have a look at?

It's come at the worst time, so any help will be appreciated.

Thanks

Hi edkirk30,

Its all sorted now :)

It was a blown/corroded fuse in the wires that comes from the ignition!

Thanks
