Hi there. Has anyone ever tried Morris minor door and window winder handles in a mini? I like the old fashioned look (but higher quality than the mini plastic), just wonder if they fit?

My Morris Traveller and Mini are both side by side in the garage so I went out to have look and see if they are compatible

The door opening handle fits really well, and I agree looks great compared with the plastic of the Mini. The longer screw used to fit it to the Minor is required to be used on the Mini because of the greater thickness of the Minor handle. The screw thread is the same. Unfortunately, the winder is not a straight swap. The large hexagon under the Mini winder appears to be fixed in position and the post upon which the winder attaches appears to be different.
They would look much better than the bog-standard plastic variety.

Cool, thanks for doing that. The door handle looks good. Might get some for my next project.
