hello i wonder 2 things on this form if someone could help me

 

1. The question if i had a registration certificate for this vehicle in your name?? i ticked the box NO and then it says are you notifying a change of keeper?? that should  be a YES right? cause i want my name on the V5C is that correct?

 

2. and the number 12 box that says CD what is that??

If you are exporting the car out of the UK, then the seller sends off just the small part of the V5 document saying it's gone and you keep the main part so you can register it in the country you live in.

yes but the car is allready in sweden they brought it here 1980 and the v5c is long gone so the dvla said that i should use this form so i can register it here in sweden
