Exactly what code readers work with the SPi & MPi Mini's?

I hear people talking about different readers, different cables, pods and all sorts of things. Is there a layman's guide anywhere as an introduction to it all with what you actually need to get up and running?

Has anybody had any experience of this? http://www.pscan.eu/

Cheers,

Dave.

I think there are 3 options these days

one is to do your own diagnostics following a logic diagram and using a digital multimeter

there are only 6 or so sensors on the Spi mini so not that much to investigate

there are 2 companies that made units for the Rover mini but all are sold used now and not cheap

there is some diy software available that works on an iphone or tablet but you need a specific link cable to set it up
