Ben's the man for the job, hope you're both ok
Thank you, my wife is still a bit achy and my only ailment is that I have floaters in my left eye as a result of the impact, I have had my eyes checked and fortunately all appears OK, the floaters should eventually disappear.
I had a closer look today at the damage today and it is worse than I originally thought with approximately a 25mm deflection in the sill, and creases in a number of areas

I have spoken to my insurance and they are happy for me to use Mill Road Garage which is good news.

Ben is the expert, but I suspect that sill will pull out quite successfully.
