My Radiator 1 piece housing is just about touching the timing chain breather (flattened can version). Need feeler gauge to actually measure it but I think under high revs it is touching and setting up a vibration noise. Any easy way out of this without smacking the can flatter?

Hey Whistler, just wondering if your lower bracket has gotten a little bent? There should be about 1/2" Clearance there so you can slip a fan belt past if a replacement is ever needed without having to remove the radiator.

The other thing to check could be the lower mount where it bolts on to the gearbox. Loosen (don't remove!) the two long bolts, jack the engine up, then tighten the bolts up again.
