1998 Japan spi , my ecu has 2 connectors, this one is the small one with 18 pins. I cannot find this connector on the circuit diagram so I cannot identify the wires on it. I took a picture of this connector, the top left with red dot is a yellow wire, the other two are black wires, however are disconnected. Thanks a lot.

Hello,

maybe page 12 and 13 will help

So that should be pin 5(disconnected) OS relay driver ,8(disconnected)Turbo air pressure solenoid ,and 18 Camshaft sensor. OS means oxygen sensor? And I don't think my spi has camdhaft sensor is it correct?

Yes, you should have this in place of the camshaft sensor:

The listing above looks like it is from the Haynes injection manual that covers the MEMS systems. There are some nuances to the Japanese MEMS based cars that Haynes may not have 100% correct.

In another thread there was a post indicating that the crank sensor wiring was different between the auto and manual versions that probably took a very close examination of the wiring diagrams to discover and verify.

I think I find it, this connector is probably C161 in circuit diagram, to ignition coil.
