Just got my head gaskets from mini spares (sadly one is bent looking :-( so will have to ask them about it)

One is a 998 gasket and other 1275 but when looking at them both the 998 gasket seems to have more holes does this matter for when I goto fit my 940 head to the 998 block? Will the 1275 gasket not block some holes off on the block?

Thanks

I joined in on an old thread here ref fitting a 1275 head to a 998 - you may find some info there so it may not be a straight fit?

If you are going to fit a 1275 head to a 998 block you may well need the block pocketed, use the BK450(1275 HG)

I believe the 998 gasket does the 1098 engines too?
