Anyone know where I can buy a set of K&N offset pancake filters for twin hs2 carbs?

:tumble:

I think these are the ones, but not exactly cheap.

Thanks. I could not find them looking though Mini Spares website, but got a link to their website, using the K&N part number off your link. £81.40 each through Mini Spares. O_O Certainly not cheap, but I've fitted a Maniflow inlet manifold, exhaust, and will be fitting a modified head and electronic ignition, so no choice really. I'll just have to find the best deal.

Yeah, I suppose so, but I prefer the look of the K&N pancake filters. I was even thinking of finding an original airbox, but that would restrict flow. :shy:

not if you modify it with a few extra holes like Keith Dodds method

A couple of twin cone filters would be better flowing, and probably cheaper too. You could always re-drill the base plate to suit your carbs if you cant find the exact ones - that goes for pancake filters too, just don't go for the very thin ones.

As an aside I fitted a K&N cone to my minor when I did a few mods, but I found that a Mini air box with holes bored around the outside  and a  K&N element was just as good and a lot quieter.
