Bit weird, this: I thought all Clubmans were 1098 (eg 1100).. or a 1275GT, which is err, 1275cc...

So it's either a clubman with the wrong engine (NOT a GT), or it's a GT with the wrong engine.. Confused..

it is no 1275 GT

 

looks like a clubman with a GT badge in the wrong place on the grill.

 

needs a noggie to check the reg info

That is a South African built car so normal UK GT spec may not apply.

.... but i've never heard of such a thing as a SA 1.0 GT

Clubman do come in three engine sizes. 998, 1100 and 1275 the latter being the GT. Never ever heard of a 998 GT however if it is a SA car then there is always that possibility.
