Hi,
Unfortunately, the thread on one of the fixings in the rear subframe for the radius arm brackets is damaged. I might try and re-tap it, as I'd like to avoid replacing the subframe for the sake of two bolts.
Does anyone know the thread size for these captive nuts?

No! There will be insufficient clearance for a 9/16" AF socket if it is one of the horizontal bolts. In any case there is insufficient metal in the tapped inserts.
If the thread really is damaged you need to weld in a new insert or use a helicoil. Try the helicoil first, welding in a new insert properly is not simple.
I expect that some idiot will be along to suggest a Rivnut, as has happened before. Please disregard such unsafe advice, if it happens.
