Hey guys, i have just brought a 1987 998cc Mini with a couple of mods:
Adjustable suspension
Full Exhaust and manifold (Have to get details soon)
MiniLite wheels and tyres
K&N

My plans are to use this car as a normal everyday car while i build myself a Bored 1380 engine with my old man. Which should be a nice boost for the car

I will make a thread in the other forum of my progress etc.
We just wanted to come on and say hello and hopefully meet up with peeps sometime at some meets.

Abi and myself will hopefully be joining in some of the southeast events etc

Well I'm only the second in command so not really going to argue over the pink thing...

We're going for the "white and chrome" look, but we all know what would look so much better eh!!??

maybe you could introduce a pink theme...fluffy dice, seat covers and the like

So which one of you owns the mini...or is it a joint thing? and will you be doing the work yourselves?!

I own the mini and Abi came free with the Mini.
I will be doing the work mostly with my uncle for ice etc as he is a bit of a dab hand with tunes.

Interior will be done by myself, Abi and anyone else i can rope in.

Engine wont be my main priority just yet as i am thinking about building an A series 1380 Bored out engine (just thinking of funds) or i might put in a 1275. All comes down to how much money i want to put into the car really.

New Dashboard arrived today - i'll make a thread when i feel i have done enough to warrant one

Unfortunatly i am not a fan of pink nor am i one of those people who wear pink shirts. So no pink on the car i am afraid.
