Can someone tell me if I have the blades on the right way round.

As the engine rotates clockwise the fan will push air out through the rad that way ...

I would suggest the best solution would be to contact the suppliers.

I'm not sure.

the normal 4-blade fan has an increasing pitch angle, but this one seems to increase initially, then rapidly decrease.

It will push air through the rad, but if reversed it might flow more volume as it would still be pushing the air in the right direction.

Personally I would contact the manufacturers for advice.

I'm also not sure. The yellow plastic fans have an obvious aerofoil section so easy to tell, but looking along the chord of this blade it seems to curve one way then the other. Whichever way it's mounted to will push air the same way, but one way will undoubtedly be more efficient. Contact the manufacturer.

The standard metal 2 piece fan blades, only fit one way, due to strengthening ridges on the base which connect to the water pump pulley. So if my new blades are fitted in the same way, that should be fine. I will also double check with carbon weezle.
