Cylinder Head Identification

I'm new to the intriguing world of minis and just bought my first Austin 1000 -73 a couple of days ago. Included in the deal I got a box with some stuff in it. Amongst other things I found a complete cylinder head with the casting number 12A1406SM. I suspect that it is a standard 998 head, but I can't find this specific part number on any lists. Maybe some of you guys can enlighten me on what I have here?

Not 12A1456 is it?

No, as far as I can see it actually says 12A1406SM. On the running engine in the car I do have a 12A1456 though. I'll see if I can attach a picture of it somehow.
