Can anyone recommend an exhaust with the best flow for say 150 -200hp. I have always used rc40's but was told years ago they are only good for up to 120hp. Single box would do.

1 7/8" ID and a suitably sized Manifold style depends on the use and the cam.

Turbo or supercharged ? If supercharged go with a decent 2" system and big bore manifold. If Turbo you want the biggest pressure differential across the turbine and you can't lose in going big. You can just about squeeze a custom 2.5" system past the subframe.

We use a 3 into 1 exhaust manifold with a 1.7/8 inch maniflow single damper center exit. Makes 115 wheel bhp
