I just want to replace like for like. Somebody somewhere must do them.

The bolts were domed and square section at the head and fitted in the square hole in the bumper so they wouldn't rotate when undone or done up. These must have been the original ones as the car has never been restored. They were siezed and snapped when i tried to undo them to take the bumper off.
I just want to replace like for like. Somebody somewhere must do them.
!/4 UNFx 1" coachbolts most probably available from Bradford Nut&Bolt can't say for certain as
have not checked personally! worth a phone call 01274 662222
you will probably find they are welded into the square when the bumper was made
can be got out with a bit of care, Best of luck

They look like they may have been interference fit, definitely not welded, they came out with a tap from a hammer.

I just did mine, search for M6 stainless steel coach bolts on ebay, check the length but IIRC its 20mm, will cost about £2 posted for all 6
..plus some M6 stainless nuts and washers, they work just fine.
