Probably the under seat connectors, common problem on loads of cars.
Being under the seat/on the floor the connectors get wet/damp, corrode or just get knocked around.
Clean the contacts up, check they connect properly, check no wires have been ripped out.
If all else fails lots of people chop the connectors off and solder the wires together.
Don't forget when working on the airbag system to disconnect the battery and leave it for 30 mins or so to ensure nothing fires off!!

Don't I need to get the ECU fault reset, is that the only way to get rid of it. Ive tried all the above.
The airbag system will use a separate controller unit so it's unlikely doing an ECU reset will help (because you'd be resetting the ECU not the airbag controller).
Usually for small things once you sort the issue the system resets on it's own, or disconnecting the battery for 30 minutes will do the same job.
Otherwise you need the dealer level software to talk to the airbag control unit.
