Bought some Mini spares bumpers with overiders but I can't get the rear overiders to fit as the hit the rear lights . They are sold as pre 96 bumpers so I assumed they would fit my 93 Italian job. Had anyone else had this problem ??

Bumper sitting straight and not twisted? My overiders (not full bars) are close but don't touch

The bumper fits perfectly . The corner bar hits the light lens .

Front and rear bumper have the same hole spacing?

The bumpers appear to have to same part number so at the moment I assume there the same .

Bumpers are the same but the spacing of the overiders is different front to back. Perhaps mixed up?

You mean the big corner bars at the front and little ones at the rear? Everything is bagged up and labeled what it is with part numbers on the that I have cross referenced with the mini spares Web site .

Just been having a look for 10 mins thought I'd put a standard rover bumper on the car and see how the overrides and corner bars fitted . As you can see from the photos the the corner bars are still a mile out .

Are they for the Mk1/2 as they had smaller lights?

Hard to see what is going ion, but seems like the bumper is to tight to the body?

It seems to me that the corner bar has not been machine bent round far enough, from some of your pics looking down on the bumper the corner bar is not the same radius as the bumper... that,s my angle on it ( pardon the pun ).

The bumpers are being returned tomorrow. Minispares say it is a problem they have encountered before but don't know why it happens. The bumpers with overiders and corner bars should fit my car with no problems. They did ask if the rear of my car had ever been repaired which it hasn't in my ownership. Anyway Dave Manners have arranged for a courier to collect the bumpers and they are giving me a full refund . Dave Manners have been really helpful and I can't knock there customer service so its a big thumps up from me.

Hope you get it sorted, nothing more annoying eh.. sounds as though they are good to deal with though.
