Just had car MoT'd today, passed with an Advisory information about (Four corners of floor corroded) So I get back and just taken a look, at the front bottom inner wheel arch where it meets the sill (bit closest to road/back of front tyre) I peeled back some underseal that has always been there since my ownership and a whole lot of crumbly metal came away with it, so much I can see daylight and actually get my hand in and touch the carpet. The other side is pretty much the same.
I am assuming had the MoT guy done this, it would have been a fail?
Not sure if its safe to drive now seeing it like this, although by the looks of it the underseal has been masking this for some time.
Did not check the back yet, so not sure what is lurking there.
