Single hole CV joint 190lbft ???

Yes, for what it's worth, my workshop manual states 193-200 lbft then tighten to next split pin hole. Mind, it's probably not worth thinking about..

The factory figure is 197 ft / lb and then around to the next slot / hole alignment.

 

At 190 ft / lb it won't make any difference, given that tightening by a torque wrench is only 30% accurate at best and by the time it's reefed around to the next alignment, it will be well over 200 ft / lb.
