Changed coil also, doesnt get hot anyway, i am really stuck with this one.

Overfuelling. Ignition system is unlikely at fault. Maybe a carb rebuild required

If it is fuel why would it only be the outer cylinders failing as 1 is shared with 2 and 4 is shared with 3.

Head is my next job, but i dont think its anything to do with that as it runs like a train for a while or every time i clean the plugs, also the plugs look normal when i pull them out.

Exactly one of each bank is overfuelled with the other shared port being ok. Plugs are getting clogged up. Pretty sure this is common with webers. Most carbs on an a series don't provide fuel perfectly equal to each cylinder is my understanding.

Except soaking wet and then you clean them
