I just went to post a photo but Photobucket, on which I have around 4K of photos has just changed its plans and now prevents 3rd part hosting unless you switch to a paid plan :-(

What do any of you guys n girls use that I could switch to?

Been very busy at work (Teaching) and this is the first time in a while that I have tried to host / post an image. Did not see the original post - sorry :-)

Many thanks for the link - I read it all - having looked at my project build (5 years of it) it looks like Deathrows magic has indeed worked and has restored all of my images. Hats off to Deathrow!!

Yes it works at the moment, there is another thread somewhere because what Adam has done is not to be classed as permanent so you need to be looking at making sure you've got copies of all pictures on Photobucket. There's no evidence, only speculation that there may come a day when Photobucket may not be around.

I have been using Imagur and found it easy to use and very web friendly as you can down size images easily for various internet applications. Whatever you do back your images up onto a local drive as they are yours and you don't want to loose them.
