Hi everyone, just a quick question.

I've recently put a pair of recon'd radius arms on my mini, i've greased the RH side to the point the grease comes out of the inner seal which is OK, but the LH has taken a sufficient amount but is just exiting the outer seal. Im just worried that the LH hasn't got enough grease through to the inner. Im also thinking that the outer seal may be the weakest point so the grease exits from there and not the inner.

Any ideas?

You may have split the nylon cone inside it, so you're just filling the radius arm with grease. theres not much room between the pin and nylon cone so doesn't need much to fill it up. I'm surprised you've managed to squeeze grease out the seals as the washers are tight against the arm.

I did loosen the inner nut so that the seal wasn't too tight again the subframe , but i could only get the grease to exit the outer.
