Front Suspension Damper Torque

I can't find a torque setting for the nylock nuts for suspension dampers.
(Haynes, old & new editions, TMF torque setting thread, general web search - have looked for "damper" and "shock" bur cant find anything.)

I assume it must be in the Rover manual. Surely?
Can anyone help with the right figure please?

use the chart end of page 2 start page three as they are just bolts.

Same as any other Grade S or 8.8 UNF bolt of the same diameter.

Upper locknut 37nm
Lower locknut 48nm
