If you like the idea of a Russell cam have a look at Keith Calvers website http://www.calverst....-super-sports/. He sells them, I run one of his cams and I'm very pleased with it.

Any graph produced would be very useful as currently I'm running an MG Metro cam and recently added 1.5 rockers. Judging by recent comments by AC Dodd about more modern and efficient cams being available I'm looking to compare my set up against a SW5 or an Evolution001 cam.Wonder if any dyno graphs around comparing these basic fast road cams. Makes you wonder if you would actually feel any difference over a mg metro ( I'm realy happy with the performance of the mg metro cam in my car) but hey gathering parts for short engine build soon

Can I just throw it out there that it can be misleading to consider the Cam alone, especially when comparing Cams.
The Cam is only a part of the package that dictates the performance of any given engine combination.
One Cam that performs well in one engine is likely to not perform the same way in the next.
