Hi. Looking to build a mini with the Astra vxr engine mated to a f20 box with limited slip diff. I'm a mechanic of 30 years and have been building road and race minis since I was 12 so I'm capable. I know it's probably going to be a headache and yes I know the c20let is easier but it's been done loads of times and I fancy something different. Just wondering if anyone has actually done it ??? My main concern is the wiring. I've got the full car so will have everything required.

I am of no help, but just wanted to say I hope this happens. Not seen this conversion done before, but it would be a beast!!
