Wondering if anyone can help with an oil leak i have on the auto gearbox in my Mini.

Its a 1970 998cc auto engine & box and oil is leaking pass what i think its the selector shaft oil seal. Here's a pic of wear the oil is leaking from:

The oil seal doesn't seem to be listed on MiniSpares website. I've checked Somerford mini's website and they have it listed as part numbers, 22A978 SEAL oil operating rod and 22A977 CUP seal and fork end gaiter retaining, however upon ordering these parts it says they are now obsolete.

Does anyone know of a fix to stop the leak or where new seals are available from?

Thanks in advance
