Acquired this engine sometime ago, has since sat under the bench and I've decided I may as well sell it if the money is worthwhile.

AEG 312 Block 1275 Cooper S bored to +20 and fitted with matching +20 pistons plus matching main caps

AEG 480 Crank 1275 Cooper S 10/10 grind

AEG 521 Con Rods

When I purchased this engine I was informed that it could just be cleaned up, new rings and shells and rebuilt without machine work. However, Although this may be true, I am selling it as requiring complete overhaul. The bores, journals and pistons all look good.

All parts had been coated in waxoyl to prevent corrosion. I cleaned them up a bit for the photos and they've come up well. Only minor surface corrosion on the block face and a couple of spots on the nose of the crank. Pistons move freely within the cylinders. Honing marks visible with no flat/polished spots in the bores.

£3150

Located in Wincanton, delivery available.
