Hi all, a couple of fog light questions for a Tuesday morning,

1: Are rear Fog lights a legal requiement on a 1984 mini?

I've bought a new rear valence with the fog light fittings and I'm trying to decide if I can weld up the various 'rust trap' holes

2: I've also bought a pair mk2 rear light clusters to replace my Mk3 clusters and can't remember if the mk2 clusters have a fog light included in the cluster - can anyone tell me?

1-You will need it for the mot,April 1980 onwards.

2-No fog lights in the cluster nor reverse lights but you don't need them for the mot.
