Bilt Hamber Dynax S50 Query

Im going to be using the above for the sills, crossmember and wheelarches of my sons car shortly but have a query regarding coverage.

For those who have used it before will one 750 ml aerosol do the job or am I likely to need more?

Barely.

1 can did my firewall box sections, under wings, inside sills.

I think you might struggle. S50 is ideally just for cavities in any case, so you could use a can to do the sills/crossmemeber, then get some UB or UC for the arches depending on the colour you're after.

One can *might* be enough for a Mini's sills and cross member. But as above, a separate UB can for wheel arches, which should stretch to other parts of the underside. I have just used 2 cans of S50 on an MG's sills and castle rails. I inject dinitrol rust converter prior to first application of S50.

I bought 2 and Just did all cavities, and some under the Arches+ under the Wings. Use lots of papers to catch the drips, it Will leak from a lot of places you didnt even know there were holes
