Hello all! I hopefully will be picking up a 1969 mk2 mini this week. It is quite the project but looks promising. There is one slight problem. Its missing the vin. Its not huge deal for me but I am curious if one would be able to find the vin from the body number or commission number? From my understanding Mk2's are the first to start with commission numbers and BMC seems to have documented everything very meticulously. Has anyone done this? Is there any hope?
