Maniflow freeflow rather than a conventional lcb. Slightly more torque and no silly y piece. On the advice of maniflow I once ran one of them with a maniflow rcm system, toad version rather than race, and the performance was superb, and sound beautiful - not loud but but throaty. The rcm system is only £99 at the moment which is a bargain. Personally I'd look no further than that. http://www.maniflow....58&product=1363

No unless you want to give me your old perfectly adequate stuff. If that is the case then yes absolutely

There isn't such a thing as a stage 2 exhaust. Stage 1 is a decent inlet and exhaust manifold, better exhaust, air filter and carb needle to suit. The next step is a decent well flowed head and then uprated camshaft etc.

There are no stage 2 exhausts. The LCB manifold can be described correctly as a Group 2 manifold as it was homologation under the FIA Group 2 regulations in around 1964 for the Cooper S.

Happydude, you should be a happy dude with that set up. Personally I'm not sure you need the 1.5 rockers but otherwise a decent rolling road tune would be what I'd do, see what it's putting out and take it form there.
