Never actually had an engine built by them but I've always had very good service from MED for modified heads and block/crank/rod and piston machining and prep.

My MED built engine is fantastic and they were/are a pleasure to deal with. They are always busy so have long lead times but the lead times tend to be pretty accurate in my experience. Not cheap but highly recommended.
