If I were you I would PM AC Dodd, tell him your full spec and he will advise you accordingly. He recurves distributors to suit your application and may save you a few quid in the process.

I sent a secondhand 45d to Aldon and told them what cam I had fitted etc. They gave it the once over and recurved it to suit my engine. I fitted a set of electronic points and it's performed very well since, although I'm hoping to get my mini onto a rolling road shortly to check everything is working as it should. I asked AC to look at it before hand but I got the impression he was busy at the time so he advised me to try Aldon.

not enough info engine size has little to do with anything. as to the type the same as you have in it now. as the A and A+ also have different drives.
usage defines Vac or not.

I want to build a fast road engine, I was told it has a cooper s cam, will be running a Webber 45, it's a A+ block is there any recommendations on a dizzy? I don't have a dizzy in it at the min as was purchased without one.
Cheers Alfie.
As you're running a Weber, vac advance is out of the question.
For an A+ Block you'll need a 54D4 or later, check that it does have the right drive though as some are supplied with the earlier drive.
I'd suggest a CSI for a build like this.

I am using a 123 aldon distributor on mine and works very good for me. Have a 1310cc engine that runs very good
As it is not something cheap I would recommend you to email some of the best known distributor manufacturers and tell them specs correctly
