Hi All

I have recently purchased MED's ITG filter and stub stack kit for the 1.5" SU and I am having significant trouble fitting it.  There appears to be no way of getting the filter to clear the bulkhead in order to fit it.  I am running an MG metro manifold on a 998 a+. I have no bulkhead insulation.  So far I have removed the plastic spacer block from the manifold, but much to my amazement there is still not enough room.  Has anyone else had similar problems with this set up, and if so is there a way around it??

I look forward to any advice you can give.

Kind regards,

Phil

use the longer 1275 or an adjustable top engine steady. and fit the spacer.

Had exactly the same problem and removed the spacer. Its tight but it fits. Eventually Im going to fit an adjustable top steady and move it over a bit.

Pretty much what everyone else has said - to fit ours I removed the spacer and wound the engine mount out a bit.
