I have just built a pickup shell mostly all from new panels its complete all straight and primed just needs paint and bits to put together if I was to sell what would it be worth there is no Id unfortunately as its technically a new shell

Well, it is worth nothing. it's a shell without a certificat of origing. So, it has to be accepted as a 'new' car. And for that it should comply with the regulations that are valid for new cars coming into circulation in the year 2018.

You can put it in your garden and keep chickens in it.
