Hello everyone, ive got a rover 1998 cooper sport and it has the walnut dashboard. however the dashboard has started pealing the lacquer and i want to get it refurbished. can anyone help me ?

A furniture restorer would be a good bet, a mate of mine had once refinished that was in a very poor state though it cost a load around £300 if my memory serves me correctly. The said dash was probably better than when new from the factory.

It's wood veneering that you are after (the process of refurbishing the wood veneer on the dashboard), if you give that a Google search you might be able to find something local to Thame.

 

Alternatively, we use a company local to us (near Crewe) called GDK.

Do you do interior seat repairs. i have the Monaco black leather and beige fabric. the leather on the drivers side has some tears in it and was wondering if you repair sections of interior or have anyone in mind that could take the leather section off and replace or repair with keeping the rest of the original interior of the seat.

No sorry we don't offer seat cover repairs - we only replace the covers.
