I have a problem with my 1982 Mini City e which has drums all around, I put it away last year for winter after the brakes stopped working which was really gutting as I had just re-done all the brake cylinders as they were leaking and assumed the problem was gone. I've finally got around to investigating the problem(I know haha) anyway I'm a bit confused as I literally have no brakes what so ever and I have a dual circuit master cylinder? Could the master cylinder be the problem? I've checked all the wheel cylinders and they're fine as I would expect.

Also should point out fluid stays in the master cyldiner and there are no leakes that I can see.

Try bleeding one .. if no fluid comes out, the master could be the problem.

 

But what is the problem? Does the pedal just go to the floor or it doesn't stop suggesting you may have air or moisture in the fluid?

Yes I'll try bleeding one. The pedal goes straight to the floor and can't pump it at all.
