It doesn't look like it was cut at all properly, possibly a dull cutter.
The screws are UNF, so the Countersink Angle for these is 80 to 820. Not a common cutter, but they are obtainable.

Spoke to Simon, he agrees they're not right and they're replacing them. Thank you Mini Spares for your continued good service, even on parts that I bought over a year ago.
Also thanks to Moke Spider for educating me about the common chamfer angles for different thread types. I had no idea!
