Does anyone have any experience using the Sparkrite SX4000 Universal Switchable Ignition Amplifier Module?
I was thinking of converting to electronic ignition and I came across the Sparkrite system on ebay

Hi,

I would give it a miss unless you really want a period accessory!

There's much better new stuff on the market that's all built into the distributor and allows you to change the advance curve.

Cheers  :proud:

Hi Bat. I didn't realise that it was old technology but I do remember the Sparkrite brand was around in the 80's.
Cheers

Just had an old Bentley come into work with one of these fitted and it has been sitting around for 20 years or so I think, it still works though!

Like said above, much better stuff available now, I really like the distributors available with all the electronics contained inside of them
